The Hotel-Conference Venue is
located at the Highway (Bundesstrasse) B1 Westbound entry/exit to
the city of Potsdam.
HOW TO REACH THE VENUE:
By airplan:
From the airport Berlin-Tegel:
Take a bus / or taxi to the railway station Berlin-Zoologischer
Garten. At the railway station take the commuter -train R1 to
station Potsdam - City.
From the station Potsdam -City take the tramway
Nr. 98 til
stop Charlottenhof. Change to the tramway Nr. 94 til end-stop.
Have a short-distance walk of 200 yards to the hotel.
From airport Berlin-Schoenefeld: Take a bus (1 stop) to the railway station Berlin-Schoenefeld
At the station Berlin-Schoenefeld take the S-Bahn to the railway
station Berlin-Zoologischer Garten. At the railway station take
the commuter train R1 to station Potsdam-city.
From the station Potsdam -City take the tramway
Nr. 98 til
stop Charlottenhof. Change to the tramway Nr. 94 til end-stop.
Have a short-distance walk of 200 yards to the hotel.
By train:

THE CONFERECE FEE:
500 Euro for Americans,
West-Europeans, South-Acrican 300 Euro for Central-East-Europeans
(Note: This amount - 300 Euro -
is calculated with a margin for risk-avoiding - i.e. if all is
going well, there shall remain a rest of 50 Euro to be refunded -
or -if you like- used for excursions etc. which are not included
yet in the funding.)
Included in these fees are:
Accomodation during the conference
from May 31. (i.e. early arrival is possible without extra cost) or from
June 1 (arrival)
til June 6 (departure)
(single room in Conference Hotel - high standard - very nice
rooms)
Breakfast is included
Conference Room for 30 participants
, fully equipped
Lunch (hot meal) every day at the
conference site in self-service restaurant.
Coffee + water + cookies during the breaks
Dinner (hot meal) at two evenings at the conference site in
self-service restaurant.
The extra fee for spouses
(US-Americans) is 200 Euro for the accomodation in a double room.
NOT Included are excursions to
Potsdam or Berlin scheduled for the two free afternoons.
