HOW TO REACH THE VENUE:
By airplane:
From
Budapest airport (Ferihegy) take a mini-bus to the railway
station Budapest Nyugati Palyaudvar (Nyugati Railway Station). At
the railway station take one of the Budapest-Szeged InterCity
trains. Cost is ca. $13 Dollars for one-way ticket. (Do not use
Budapest taxis unless you know what you are doing.)
From
the railway station of Szeged take a taxi or No. 1 tram to
Anna Kut (Anna well) stop, and from here it is only a 5 minutes
walk to the Hotel Novotel (www.novotel-szeged.hu; click on the
American-English flag, write in "Szeged", and you can
find map, photos, etc. about the hotel.).
By train:
From
the railway station of Budapest Nyugati Palyaudvar take one
of the Budapest-Szeged InterCity trains. (The Budapest-Szeged
distance is ca. 200 km, and it takes usually 2:15. Cost is ca. $13
Dollars for one-way ticket.)
From
the railway station of Szeged take a taxi or No. 1 tram to
Anna Kut (Anna well) stop, and from here it is only a 5 minutes

THE CONFERECE FEE:
600 Dollars for
Americans, West-Europeans, South-African 300 Dollars for Central-East-Europeans
Included in these
fees are:
Accommodation during
the conference from May 27 (earlier arrival is possible with extra
cost) till June 1 (departure on June 2nd). Very nice French bed
rooms in the Hotel Novotel are reserved.

The extra fee for spouses (US-Americans) is 200 Dollars for the accommodation in a double
